Terms of Service (TOS)

Content
Websites that we host may not be used for any illegal, immoral, obscene, harassment,
racial, defamation, pornography, denial of service attacks or SPAM activities. We Do
Web Sites reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if
you fail to adhere to any of the activities listed above.
Payment
New clients are required to pay the account in full prior to their website going live
unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. Domain and hosting renewals must
be paid in full, 30 days prior to expiry. Failure to pay for domain renewal may result
in its cancellation. Requested changes to your website are to be paid within seven
days of receiving the account via email.
Cancellation and Refunds
There is no lock-in contract so you may cancel your hosting at any time and you will
be refunded for any unused hosting. Domain names however are not refundable. We Do Web
Sites reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to adhere to
these terms of service.
Bandwidth
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance (traffic). Should you exceed this
amount we reserve the right to suspend your account until the start of the following
month or you upgrade your hosting package.
Changes to TOS
We Do Web Sites reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time without
prior notice.
